INTERNATIONAL CHEATER, IN GREECE

Isn't there a place to post cheaters outside the USA on this website? I mean it is a great site, but cheaters exist EVERYWHERE. Please help to let the whole world know!
Ok, I am here to tell you about MIHAI PRIALA. He's Romanian-Ukrainian but he lives in Athens, Greece as an immigrant. He is 26 but he once dated a 15 year old in Romania about 3 years ago. My sister dated this guy for half a year. She has no idea I am writing this right now cause SHE IS STILL IN LOVE...and would never let me do it...poor girl. Anyway, he kept LYING to her about his love and his feelings, while he was only using her for SEX. He told her he wanted to marry her but he could not even take her out on a date. He always found excuses to keep her home to have sex with her...and nothing else. When she began to realize that it was not because he was so poor and had no money that he could not even go out on a regular date with her....and she complained...women started sending messages to his cellular and making calls. When my sister asked, he said they were just his old girlfriends with whom he was JUST a ''friend.' He kept on telling her that he didn't want to break up...although she wanted to despite her love for him. He started seeing her less and less, once a week, once every 2 weeks, and he didn't call either. So she told him one day..."I love you so much but since you can't treat me right I have to go." She had told him that many times...but he was SLY enough to give her that ''puppy eyes' look'' and vow his love and his need for her, so being the sensitive ...and naive girl that she is, she kept on giving him chances to improve. Well it was only that day when she was truly mad at him because he told her that he was supposed to go out of town for business with his boss for a week BUT THAT TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER LIE...HE WAS SLEEPING WITH A NEW GIRLFRIEND...and he never left town...that she got serious about leaving him. Later on. though she called him again because she couldn't live without him and it was only then ...that he told her..."OK leave, it's better, you got on my nerves anyway. I HAVE FOUND ANOTHER." And as a matter of fact he had her for sometime I suspect. My sister got to talk to her because she actually picked up the phone when my sister tried to call him, AND SHE TOLD HER TO LEAVE THEM ALONE BECAUSE THEY WERE MAKING LOVE!
So...although I am a man myself...I warn you all women of the world to stay away from this man. When she asked him why he treated her like a sex object and never loved her for real...He even told my sister that he had to lose weight in order for him to go out with her, and to think that SHE IS NOT FAT. I guess he likes extra skinny girls...so beware all PETITE women! And he never even APOLOGIZED to her for his filthy behavior...although she begged him to so she could forgive him...but he never even admitted cheating on her...he claimed he found the other girl AFTER she dumped him...of course that ''after'' between the time she said "I am leaving " and the time she called and found him with the other girl was like 3 HOURS LATER!
If you meet this man...stay away…He is about 1,73 (a little over 5'8'') looks shorter though, blue eyes, brown hair, well-toned, muscular torso. He looks athletic and sweet, shy, quiet, but he is the DEVIL himself!
